microphoton x receives 0.57 million € funding in a Bayern Innovativ project to further develop its innovative photonic platform to fight infectious diseases. The program is backed by the Bavarian State Ministry for economy, regional development, and energy (Germany). The raised fund assists in the development of our ultra-fast solution for bacteria identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing. The goal is to reduce the time to medication decision in severe infectious diseases and to significantly increase the accuracy of antibiotic therapy.
